Starter Problem When Jump Start Fails?

Starter Problem When Jump Start Fails? On YouTube.

When repeated jump starts fail, the starter is often the suspect. Occasionally, the defective battery develops internal electric short to prevent jump start. Disconnect connection to one of the battery terminals to rule out this case before replacing the starter. Some new batteries come with a hardly visible insulation cap which will also prevent the starter motor to crank.

HorizonRC.com Review - Losi's LST XXL Monster Truck On YouTube.

When it comes to Nitro Monster trucks Losi has always moved to the beat of a different drummer. When other monsters were using multiple small diameter shocks on each wheel, the original LST defied conventional wisdom by using one massive shock per wheel. When other monster trucks were using a single steering servo, Losi raised the stakes again by utilizing dual-metal geared servos. When others were relying on small block engines, Losi yet again broke the mold by going with a big block. Needless to say the previous Losi monsters' success speaks for itself. The latest generation of Losi monster is here in the Losi LST XXL. It gains its XXL moniker by being the largest LST to date, but there's more under the body than just a stretched chassis. Featuring refined molded components that are based off the 8IGHT 2.0 Race Roller, a bigger 454-sized engine, optimized transmission and more, the LST XXL is one big and bad truck. Add in Spektrum's telemetry-equipped DX3S transmitter into the mix and you have what is sure to be a winner. It's time to roost the competition and we invite you to come along to see exactly what Losi's latest LST brings to the party. I took out with the LST XXL. I thought it might sound better without it. How to Do Auto Level Calibration?

How to Do Auto Level Calibration?

Jump Starter

Those dealing with test equipments know well about calibration. It is the checking or adjusting an equipment by comparing it with a standard- for getting accurate measurements. Auto level is one of the many survey instruments that needs calibration. Here is a step by step instruction guide on how to calibrate this survey equipment. If you want to do it yourself, this guide will help you in your auto level calibration.

* Open the cover of the instrument by unscrewing the top, bottom, left and right screws. If you only want to do collimation (adjust accurately the line of sight), then you have to adjust only top and bottom screw.
* After opening the cover, set the auto level in the center of 2 staff (having approx length of 60m) and get the reading of Backsight (BS)- point A and foresight (FS)- point B. Ensure that the instrument is well leveled before reading. This difference of BS and FS you get by doing this is without collimation and the reading should be taken as benchmark for adjustment.
* Now shift the equipment to point D which is L/10 (L is the length of point A to point B).
* Read the nearest staff and write down the value. Add this value with the difference of BS and FS which you got in the step 2.
* Now use screw to lose and tighten bottom and up screw. Adjust slowly - if you lose top screw then tighten bottom screw and read the staff to get the "Actual value". This way your calibration is complete and you get the perfect value or a value that has a difference of 1 mm.
* After your auto level calibration is done, get back the alignment. Go back to center of point A and B. Check the reading again. Now you should get the perfect reading.

Once you have calibrated the instrument, you will be using it in the field. For properly using as well as checking it, read How to Use an Auto Level? It will also give you some tips on caring and maintenance of auto levels.

Tips on Starting a Successful Raw Food Business

Tips on Starting a Successful Raw Food Business

Jump Starter

In this article, Matt Amsdam shares his story of going raw and advice on starting and growing a successful raw food business. Matt Amsdam is the CEO of Rawvolution and owner of the Rawveolution cafe in Santa Monica. He's also the author of the book Rawvolution which is a raw food preparation book and the creator of "The Box," which ships raw foods directly to customers in the continental U.S. overnight.

Kevin: Why don't you tell a little bit about yourself so those who may not know who you are will get an idea and then we can just rock and roll.

Matt: Well, as it pertains to this call, like you said I have a company called Rawvolution where we ship prepared raw food anywhere in the country. You mentioned the café that we have in Santa Monica, my wife and I own that. I've written one book which is a raw food preparation book.

Kevin: How did you get into it? It must have taken a little bit to go from just being an ordinary guy to owning this business that ships this food all around the country.

Matt: Yeah, it was definitely a process, a pretty powerful process that I'd say was one of the biggest changes in my life, biggest events in my life. I was living in Ontario, Canada in, well for my whole life up until '98 at which time I heard an interview on the radio with David Wolfe, who is a prominent raw food lecturer and author. He was talking about raw food in general and a book that he had just written about it. I just heard a piece of that interview but I was very curious and I ordered his book and read through that cover to cover in about a day. Upon closing the book I was so inspired and taken with the logic of it that I said, "This is what I'm going to do."

I began eating raw food exclusively, changing my lifestyle, and then from there it was a process of wanting to get more involved in the promotion side of it. In other words, getting the message that I so believed in out to other people. So I moved to Southern California. There was more going on than in Ontario, Canada at that time, and still now, and began hosting dinners for folks on a weekly basis, while I was creating my recipes and perfecting them.

Then I got the idea that maybe people can't always come out and I can get the food to them. So I came up with the idea of the box delivery service. We served the local Los Angeles area. In time I realized that people in other parts of the country would like to experience it as well so we started shipping them overnight with FedEx. That led us to opening another location in New York to more effectively serve the East coast. One thing after another kind of just...responding to the growing needs of the raw food customers.

Kevin: Yeah. A lot of people ask questions about starting a raw food business, so why don't we just start with those questions first and then we'll move into some of the raw food prep questions. I think the biggest question that we got was, how do you necessarily go from idea to actually having something that's there? That was kind of the biggest question. There are a lot of chefs on the call and they're like, "How do I go about doing something like this?" What's the easiest way without the stumbles and bumps that I'm sure you experienced?

Matt: Right. Well, without being discouraging I'll say it's an interesting thing because this raw food message is so inspiring to people that, the way that it was to me, I wanted to share it with other people and you want to spend a lot of time doing that but you've still got to pay the rent. So a lot of people come to this idea of, "Well I'll turn what I believe in and what I love into a business that I can pay my rent with." What I think we're seeing is that there's sometimes more raw food business people than there are raw food customers. That's been the case for a couple of years, but I think it's starting to change as the movement grows. It's starting to be possible for organized individuals to really do something and get products out there.

In terms of your specific question, how to manifest that, how to make it into reality, I think it's sort of the same thing in the regular business world. You've got to come up with an idea that has legs, is really what people want, and then just start where you're at. I think people sometimes feel like they have to jump right in with big leaps. The best place to start is here you're at. If you want to open a restaurant or something you've got to come up with a menu, which means coming up with recipes. Just starting with the very basics at the very beginning and knocking out each task as necessity dictates. Just growing as you need to, rather than biting off more than you can chew and getting into something that's bigger than you can support with your customer base. Does that make sense?

Kevin: Yeah, I think it's pretty insightful that you mentioned that you were doing a raw food Meetup and you were just bringing people together first before you invested in the overhead and all that sort of stuff. Right?

Matt: Yeah. Especially in those years, as I said there was more going on in California than anywhere but at that time it was still a pretty humble or modest group of people that were really involved in it and wanted to devote money to it. In other words, customers that were willing to pay for what was being offered. I think the best business advice I could give, raw food business or any business, is to start small because you can always grow as necessity deems, when more people want what you have. You've got to be able to make it work on a small level before it can go big.

Kevin: And the reason that you expanded out to ship the box all over the country is because of demand, correct?

Matt: Yeah. It was definitely not a frivolous decision. It was actually something I labored over a long time thinking, "OK, am I going to just split my work over two coasts and split the customers?" In other words, have the same amount of people ordering but be operating two kitchens. So I really had to give some serious thought to whether that was going to be the case and I realized after much deliberation that bringing a kitchen to the East coast would bring shipping costs down and the freshness of the food would go up, so there'd be customer growth based on that improvement. I was already shipping to the East coast from LA so it seemed like if we opened there it would only go up.

Starting a Mobile Locksmith Business

Starting a Mobile Locksmith Business

Jump Starter

One of the best decisions I ever made in my 62 years of life on this planet was to become my own boss in a field that is never dull, always challenging, and intrinsically interesting. It was not an early decision. In fact it did not occur to me to enter this field until after I'd already spent ten years as a professional photographer. It came about in an odd way, as many serendipitous things do. But regardless of how it came to be, I consider that decision the one that paved the way for me to spend the rest of my working life in comfort and with a good measure of security.

I've since discovered that many people follow a similar course, turning to locksmithing only after finding themselves unhappy in other jobs. I'm not sure how or why so many discover this particular business when looking for an interesting career. In my case it was a natural progression from a rather unique part-time career I had fashioned for myself: That of installing simple door viewers and doing this door to door. Many times my customers would ask if I could install deadbolts for them while I was at it, and after turning down money a dozen or so times I finally got wise and visited a local locksmith supplier who sold me an install kit and a book of instructions. From what I can tell, others come across this idea by doing Internet searches for home businesses, because ultimately this qualifies as such if you, like I do, run it out of your home and structure it as a Sole Proprietorship. In any case, it is obvious that locksmithing has become a popular choice for a chance at self-employment.

After tiring of door to door selling (which didn't take long to do) I hit upon the idea of cold calling. I was still thinking too small, but at the time I didn't know it. Lesson Number One: Don't do this. I was doing it back in 1981 or so when the stigma attached to such endeavors wasn't quite so strong. I'm afraid that calling people out of the phone book and asking if they'd like to have deadbolts installed just would not fly in the present era of terrorism and business rip-offs.

Still, I owe to this period of hard knocks a good deal. I became efficient at installing locks, rekeying locks, and duplicating keys. It was during this one year period that I scrounged together enough money to purchase a small key duplicator and also a lock rekeying kit. I carried these items in the trunk of my car and carried them into my customer's home when needed. I also purchased several boxes of the most common domestic key blanks and by the time I'd accumulated all this stuff my car's trunk was crammed and I was wishing for more room. Also, and most important, I came to realize that driving around in an unmarked car and working out of the trunk was not lending itself well to my credibility.

Lesson Number Two: Start out with credibility. Purchase a small work van, or a large one if you can afford it. Buy signs or have signs painted on it. Use whatever lending power you have, may it be with banks or with family, to locate a used vehicle and have signage made up, even if this is in the form of magnetic signs. Of course all this suggests you start out as a legitimate business, and this is just my point. Create a name for your business (think long and hard about this, as you'll lose any credibility you might initially gain if you keep changing it), have signs and forms and letterheads made up, and dive in.

There is, too, the question of legality. This is a hard subject to field, because the legality of doing business from one jurisdiction to another can differ widely, and even wildly. It is incumbent upon you to do the research and determine whether or not your jurisdiction requires a locksmith be certified, bonded, and/or licensed. You'll almost certainly discover that licensing is the fundamental hurdle, and that is usually taken care of with the signing of a few forms and the payment of a small annual fee. Certification is something else. Not all jurisdictions require this. In my case I found that the state in which I was then living -- Utah -- did not require it. Nor was I required to be bonded, though I chose to do so for the added protection (it is widely and incorrectly thought that bonding protects the locksmith's customer, whereas in fact it is the locksmith that is protected by the bond).

Lesson Number Three: Do the homework required to determine if acquiring a business license is all that is needed to establish your locksmith service. One phone call to your state's Attorney General office will likely answer that question.

Once you have lined up an affordable vehicle and put a reasonably professional sign on it, you must begin outfitting it. This should, and must, be done before you begin advertising your services because if you are like I was at this point you know next to nothing about the business and not much more about the work. We will endeavor at this point to educate ourselves. Locksmithing is in point of fact one of the few professions left in this world in which a formal education is absolutely UNnecessary. I have spoken to very few professionals during my career who got to be that way through going to a 'locksmith school' or a college. This is certainly not to say that a formal education isn't desirable. If you can afford it, if you have the means, then by all means take that route. This article is for those of you who can't.

The vehicle you purchase will in large part determine how it is to be equipped. I've always preferred a full-size van (I've owned Ford, Chevy and GMC models during my career), but there are many locksmiths who just love the Astro Van or Safari Van made by GM. These minivans are popular with many different professions and are ubiquitous. You can undoubtedly find one in your price range. Either way, the first order of business is to erect a work bench that will give you as much space as possible. Best to have the bench on one side of the van and leave the opposite side for shelves or storage bins. Make it sturdy! There is nothing worse than a wobbly bench when you're trying to rekey locks. Make it level for the same reason.

You'll need a power source. It is excusable to string extension cords until you can afford something better, but bear in mind that this detracts from your professionalism. The ultimate is probably having a RediLine Generator that runs off your van's 12V power. This is not a power inverter, it is actually a generator and it kicks out 110-115V power. They are wonderful sources of AC power and you can even run a bank of flourescent lamps off one of these for your interior shop lighting. There are several models to choose from with varying outputs, but they are expensive. If you can locate a rebuilt, so much the better. A good inverter might do the trick if you can't afford a RediLine, but be careful. Some key machines (and you're going to have to have one) will not run with an inverter.

Power now available, you need to start out with at least a key duplicator on your bench and preferably, as well, a good code cutting machine. The latter is desirable but not necessary in the beginning unless you plan to launch directly into automotive locksmithing, in which case you'll find it hard to get along without one. We'll touch on that in a moment. Key machines are almost impossible to find used. You'll likely end up buying a small HPC Speedex because they're pretty much the least expensive good key duplicator around. Expect to pay around 0. Best if you include this in your initial loan. A key duplicator is bread and butter for any locksmith, mobile or otherwise, so don't even think about starting up until you have one.

Equip yourself with a good rekeying kit. I've always preferred 'universal' kits because they do the work of dozens of other keyway-specific kits and they are easy to use. LAB makes the best of these, hands down. If you have the space, try to get a metal Classic Kit. If you don't, you can start out with one of LAB's Mini-Durex kits or, better, the miniature version of the Universal Kit (LMK-005 or LMK-003). You simply can't rekey locks without one, and if you get a Universal you won't be confined to keying up one or two brands . . . you'll be able to handle them all. Don't know how to rekey locks? Pick up an instruction manual on the Internet or at Amazon.com. They are available and this is one of the quickest locksmith skills to pick up. While you're at it, buy at least one plug follower, a pair of pin tweezers, and ideally a pair of TruArc pliers. Over time you'll accumulate more rekeying tools but these fundamentals are nearly essential.

Even before I was making money rekeying locks, I was being called to open cars. If you intend to advertise yourself as an emergency service, you're going to have to take in this kind of lucrative work. Let me tell you now, this will be the easiest money you've ever made. It is well worth learning the skills required to open vehicles even if it means spending a couple of hundred dollars on tools and a good manual. Lockouts, at least in my case, virtually supported me for years. If you live in a medium to large city, count on getting lockout calls day and night even if you have only a tiny ad somewhere (a subject for later). There are many good lockout kits available online, to suit any budget, and the same goes for lockout manuals. Do a Google search for 'car opening tools' or 'lockout tools' and you'll have no trouble finding suppliers. Are they legal where you live? Again . . . this is up to you to determine. The supplier cannot and will not endeavor to police this aspect of marketing, as it is simply not possible. I'm not advocating the purchase of anything that is not legal where you reside!

House and business lockouts are likewise lucrative sources of income for the locksmith, but these require different skills, different tools. Here is where it becomes necessary to learn the skill of lock picking -- probably the most fundamental skill of the trade. It is not as easy to learn as car opening and lock rekeying, but it is by no means difficult, either. It requires practice and patience, and it requires good tools. Do not get stingy here. There are lots of cheap lock picking tools for sale. You'll find them in automotive magazines, even. Stick with tools from the established firms like HPC, SouthOrd, Lockmasters, etc. Purchase a beginner's set with a few picks and one or two tension tools for start, unless you have a big budget, then go for a set that will last you a while. Choice of spring steel or stainless steel is largely a matter of personal choice. Whichever one you start out with will likely be the kind you'll stay with, because you'll form an attachment to that type and you'll train yourself to make the best of it. More important is the concept of practice. Buy Practice Locks. Once you've picked all the locks in your home you're going to need more challenges, and now that Practice Locks are an accepted training aid in this field you'd do well to pick up a few of them. Practice until you can repeatedly pick the most challenging of your Practice Locks and then practice some more.

Did I mention that servicing lockouts will likely be the single most lucrative service you offer your customers? I thought so. Good!

There are other aspects to providing a locksmith service and among these is the ability to install locksets on homes and businesses. Primarily you'll be asked to install deadbolts, but later on, as your business gets bigger, you'll want to offer commercial business and real estate companies the option of replacing all their old lock hardware for newer more secure hardware. Again, practice is called for and you should be prepared to install a few unnecessary deadbolts and knobsets on doors in your own home that don't need them. After doing this a dozen or so times, it will be easy to go to that first installation with confidence. You'll need to add a few essential tools to your toolbox, such as a 1/2 inch drill, a couple of hole saws (2-1/8 inch and 1-inch), a 1/2 inch boring bit, and a good wood chisel. With these tools, you can install deadbolts in metal or wood doors. Complete installation kits are available and are the best choice if you can work them into your budget. Need instruction? Books galore available on Amazon.com or at any large scale bookstore in your city.

Once you've accumulated vehicle and the tools, and some knowledge gleaned from practice and reading, you can start thinking about getting your feet wet. The best way to start is the old fashioned way and that is to appeal to family and friends for work and for referrals. Network. Talk to everyone you know and let them know you're serious about this and that you are available. Step two is to advertise and this is absolutely necessary, even if you start out only as a listing in the Yellow Pages. This is where 99% of the people who need a locksmith will look. Newspaper ads, flyers (Yucchhh!), direct mail and radio ads don't work for locksmiths unless you have one enormous budget. Try to justify a small one-eight or one-quarter page Yellow Page ad if at all possible. Even in the face of huge competition, you will get calls and over time your name will be spread around, if you do a good job. Well, it will get spread around if you don't, as well, but you'd do well to avoid that.

That's how I did it. That's how thousands of others have done it, give or take a detail or two. Be sure to cover the legal bases, because if you jump into it and find later that you're acting outside the law, don't come to me! This is part of your research. It is not that difficult to acquire a certification and satisfy local laws that may pertain to this business. If you keep the business small, and maintain yourself as a sole owner, you're going to be profiting right off the bat because overhead with a mobile service is nil.

It's within your reach whether you're 18 or 58.

Does Flexibility Help You Jump Higher?

Does Flexibility Help You Jump Higher?

Jump Starter

When it comes to jumping higher, flexibility is definitely a necessity. Some of the best jumpers are also dancers, which involves a high amount of flexibility. A ballet dancer, for example, has to do numerous stretching and flexibility workouts, before they ever get started with dancing lessons. In ballet, there are many leaps and vertical jumps involved.

Flexibility means having a number of muscle groups toned to allow freedom of movement without pain or injury. Jumping higher through vertical jumps and leaps requires a tremendous amount of flexibility, to avoid pulling a muscle or stretching beyond its capability. Exercises for jumping higher require stretching for 5 minutes before and after the workout, to avoid abrupt movements that could pull a muscle or cause muscle strain.

To gain flexibility, you need a workout plan every other day, to allow a free day in between for muscle healing. There is a very basic exercise plan for vertical jumpers that increases flexibility, and will show immediate improvement in height of vertical jumps, whether for dancing, basketball or hurdles. This is not for the light-hearted, as it gets progressively harder each session.

To start, you will need to perform calf stretches. This involves a starting position flat-footed, then arching onto your toes and back down to start position. You begin your first session with 50 of these. Rest the next day, then on the third day you add 25, for a total of 75 calf stretches. Repeat this process, adding 25 calf stretches each session until you reach 1000. By this point, you will have pushed your calf muscle group to optimal bulk for noticeable results in vertical jumping.

The second part of this workout involves leg squats. You start your first day off with 50 leg squats, then rest the next day. On the third day, you add 10 more, then rest the next day. You continue this workout by adding 10 leg squats each session until you have built up to 500. This is for thigh muscle strength, which is the muscle group responsible for over 50% of the vertical jumps or leaps.

Ideally, you will start with 50 calf stretches and 50 leg squats on first day and continue the two exercises simultaneously until you have reached the maximum reps. You will definitely see improvement in flexibility and strength in the leg muscles. Another exercise you can add with a short amount of time to this workout, just involves sitting with your back straight against a wall with your legs outstretched in front of you for one minute on the first day, and add 10 seconds more each session. This stretches the back thigh muscle group and adds to flexibility.

Does Flexibility Help you Jump Higher? You bet it does, whether for dancing or for sports. Remember to stretch before and after every workout to avoid muscle strain or injury, and gradually increase your reps on exercises, just past the point where you "feel the pain", and you will be jumping higher in no time.

Start It Jump Starter With Portable Power

Start It Jump Starter With Portable Power

Jump Starter

Start It Jump Starters can be a life saver in emergency situations. These devices will allow you to jump start your car battery without the need for another vehicle. That means even if you are stranded in a remote location and find yourself hearing that dreaded clicking sound when you turn your ignition, you can easily start you car with this device.

Here are a few reasons why everyone needs a car jump starter. First of all, you may not always have a kind stranger or a friend conveniently around whenever you have a dead battery. If you are like me, I love to hike and often don't get back to my car until the park is just about to close, which also means that there are usually no other cars around by that time. There are a million other situations where you might be in a remote location with no other vehicles around to give you a boost.

Secondly, your car may not always be in a convenient position to be able to get a jump from another car. The most common example of this I can think of is if you live in an urban area with parking garages with tight and cramped spaces, it would be difficult to get another car positioned correctly for the jumper cables to reach far enough to connect both car batteries. In a situation like this, you may not be able to get your car into a position to get a boost nor a kind stranger to help you maneuver the two vehicles to make this happen.

Believe me, the peace of mind of having a Start It Jump Starter that can conveniently be pulled out to jump start your car is invaluable. You may have a car with a lot of mechanical or electrical issues which cause your battery to die from time to time. If you have one of these cars, these devices are that much more of an essential item for you to buy.

Start It Jump Starter Has Portable Power

In addition to getting a jump for your car, these devices also give you the ability to have portable power. This device comes with a DC outlet, enabling you to power any electronic device that uses direct current or DC electricity, which is the same type of power you get from your cigarette lighter in your car. This means that you can recharge you cell phone or laptops when you're out camping or doing other outdoor activities.

Some models also come with AC outlets, which is the same outlet you find in your house. That means you can plug in any normal electrical device to this particular type of jump starter for your portable power needs. So when you go camping, you can plug in your stereos, radios, laptops, and even televisions when you're camping.

Speaking of the cigarette lighter in your car, you can also recharge these jump starters using that DC power outlet as well. That means after you have jumped your car, you can turn around and plug it into your car cigarette lighter to recharge it for the next time you need it.

How can a car that just had a dead battery go on to turn around to recharge the thing that started it back up? That's simple. Because your engine is constantly recharging your car battery with it's alternator. The alternator takes the energy generated by the engine and converts it to charge your car battery. That same engine then can turn around to recharge your battery booster jump starter.

Black & Decker's Start It Jump Starter is one of the best jump starters you can buy out on the market made by one of the best hardware companies in the world. And it can basically boost any 12 volt battery, which is in most normal sized vehicles. The normal 300 amp device has enough power to jump any normal car like Honda Accords, to Toyota Tacoma's and even luxury vehicles which usually have larger engines. The more powerful 450 amp model can also jump larger heavy duty work trucks. I have a friend who used to work as an engineer for them and testified to how well they control quality and build for innovation. It's one of the highest quality devices out there.

In addition, most of the models also come with an air compressor. This will allow you to inflate your car tires, bicycle tires or sporting equipment like basketballs, volleyballs and soccer balls. You can also use this to inflate pool toys like balloons and flotation devices.

Most models also come with an ultra-bright LED light so you can jump your battery even when you're in the dark for road side assistance. Sometimes you don't know what you're missing until you don't have it. Daylight is one of those things. You'll be thankful you have this ultra-bright LED light when you have a flat tire on the side of the road or when you need to jump start your car in the middle of a dark parking lot. You can also use this powerful LED light when the power goes out in your house or when you need illumination at night during outdoor activities like camping and outdoor barbecue's.

Emergency Power

Devices like the Start It Jump Starter are also great to have around for just about any emergency situation where you need portable power. Even in the model western world like the US, we still have natural disasters and the occasional power outage. I've lived through at least one hurricane and one snow storm that took out power for more than a week and one of these devices would have come into very good use during those episodes. Not only does it provide light, but it also provides power for your radio, cell phones, laptops and other communication devices that can be life savers during emergency scenarios. Not only that, because you can recharge it using your car, it can continue to give you power and light for days without a problem.

How to action AI in Mortal Kombat Trilogy on Very Hard

How to action AI in Mortal Kombat Trilogy on Very Hard On YouTube.

It's my ultimate vid with tips how to destroy CPU player in MKT on Very Hard. You can still watch my old version of this guide here: www.youtube.com #1 When you jump backwards and jump kick (HK/LK), AI will launch a projectile at you (most of the time).Uuse any sort of teleport and apply a combo. #2 Rain's water orb for some reason is never blocked by AI. #3 Baraka Spinning blades for some reason are not blocked most of the time by AI either. You can do 2 spins, then follow with HK/roundhouse. #4 You can use Nightwolf's Projectile Shield with method #1, warning though, it doesn't work against spear moves (Scorpion, both Smokes). #5 Trick with this method is to get opponent near you and launch spinning knives, then walk forward and repeat. With Psycho ball: just spam it like crazy. #6 Spam tornado spin and torpedo. Warning: torpedo doesn't work against some opponents. #7 Teleport (AI will avoid it) and immediately uppercut opponent, walk a little forward and kick him/her. #8 Do I need to comment on that? #9 Goro's spining move works in earlier fights, after that you will need to use Kahn's method, walk forward a little and try force opponent to run into you, then kick him/her (punch him/her with Goro). If opponent will reach corner, he will immediately run at you. #10 It's a mix of method #1: jump backwards and press HK/LK when you are near ground, if opponent launches projectile, jump forward and punish him (it doesn't work so well against female ninjas) with combo (jump ...

At Home Workouts - Basic Jump Rope Workout

At Home Workouts - Basic Jump Rope Workout

Jump Starter

One of my favorite at home "workouts" doesn't feel too much like a workout. It absolutely gets your heart rate up, it's a challenge to keep going, and it's FUN! (Yes, I said FUN! It's like being a kid again.) You can do it with a regular jump rope or a weighted jump rope.

Having seen what the equipment is, I'm sure you can guess that it's a jump rope workout!

I used to play basketball and my coach wanted me to increase my vertical jump and jumping rope was one way he told me to work on it. It absolutely helps because it works your leg muscles so much. (See below the workout for an extra bonus that will really help you feel the burn!)

The Basic Jump Rope Workout:
20 regular pace 20 double-time pace 20 regular pace 20 right foot only 20 left foot only repeat 3-5x
I would do this cycle 3-5 times. If you need to rest, that's fine, but try to complete at least 3 cycles at one time. Then repeat the workout at least two more times during the day so you get a good amount of cardio in for the day. Try to build up to 10 or more cycles per session.

For fun, you can throw in a set of 20 squats between each cycle. This will really get your muscles burning! That's how you know it's working, so keep at it!

Remember to have fun with this! It has helped my coordination and balance (especially the one-footed jumping) and definitely gets me breathing hard.

Try it out and see how far you can go with it!

ALWAYS check with your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program.

5 Secrets to Jump Starting a Beginners Business

5 Secrets to Jump Starting a Beginners Business

Jump Starter

How do Beginners Really Get Started?

When I first started, I did exactly the same thing that hundreds of newbies I've spoken to are still doing...they buy this program, then buy another, and another, and another, and NOTHING ever brings in any money.

What's really sad, most of these newbies tell me how they have carefully thought out their plans (for about 12 to 18 months), to build their first site. Stop thinking. Stop planning. It is better to have Tried and fail...than to have done NOTHING! Take the first step right now!

Visit Wordpress.com and get started on your first blog.

-Jump in by purchasing a license for a good, quality, low cost product.

-Check out all the freebies and pick one you can use as a give-a-way to the sign ups for your newly created Aweber.com list.

-Become an affiliate of a program you truly believe in and market it professionally.

-Consider starting out with a small budget of a day and run an ad on Adwords (remember, keep it low until you learn).

We all fear what we don't understand, so, Whatever you do, don't be fearful of mistakes, you're going to make some,so learn from them. Mistakes are even made by marketers with years of experience. The secret is to keep the losses small and learn from them. Once you find a winner that works, you start really going for it.

I recently interviewed Mr.Lee McIntyre, because he decided to take that first step to go online and was quickly successful in 2 different niches.

Mr. McIntyre, a teacher, had no business background and He had never before produced a product nor composed an ad. Yet, just a few weeks back he celebrated his first year of having a very successful online business.

As a result of the interview I produced both, a product called "Beginners Only: ABC 30 Day Success Secrets, as well as a 15-page guide showing you how to jump start your new business.

Here are 5 of Lee McIntyre's Jump Start Tips:

1. Do Not Keep Thinking and Wondering Day After Day What Your Niche Should Be.

Rather than spending weeks or months considering what his niche should be. He jumped right into a new market by smartly utilizing his years of teaching experience and skills. Although I usually suggest beginners research their specific market, most of them go way overboard with their research. Your fist choice of market is not necessarily going to be a long lasting one. It's merely your first stepping stone to learn from.

2.Start and Be Half Done

He did his research and quickly found a couple of others who had success in the market, so he started. He began testing to determine what did and did not work. So I advise you to stop thinking and planning so much. Just Start! Anything started is half done! Personally, I use small one page business plans which I adjust according to changing results.

3. Concentrate on One Traffic Generating Program

He did not know much about articles, blogs or AdWords. So he just jumped in and started using the one way he knew would generate some traffic. Later on he found other methods to add to his marketing skills. So don't try to learn everything before you start. Just learn and know enough to get started. That's when the real learning begins.

4. Begin with Inexpensive Products

He started the easy way, with affordable, short reports, which could easily be created over a weekend. Today, he now offers much larger, higher priced programs which require much more time and work, and longer, better ad copy to help sell those higher ticket reports.

5.Give Added-Value to Your Customers List

As he sold products he built an e-mail list. Instead of bombarding his customers with constant product offers, he follows up with lots of informative content to grow his relationship and continues to build trust by over-delivering. He then promotes his products with even more success.

Starting Your Own Business

Starting Your Own Business

Jump Starter

Tips on starting your own business

Basic Ingredients

To start any new business you would need the following ingredients; determinations to succeed, motivation, discipline and to never give up no matter how hard your business goals look to others. Be decisive, no matter if your decision is right or wrong error some error can be made and this is one way to learn.

View for a profit

Your new attitude in your new business should be "profits are better than wages.'' You must love profits and be willing to accept that your skills are valuable to the market place otherwise you are not in business but rather you may have a hobby. The point is that if you underestimate your skills and knowledge market will punish you. If you cannot adopt this attitude than you may be better off being an employee as this is one of crucial elements of entrepreneur's philosophy.

Skills and licenses

Do you have required skills to start your business and would your need a license for your business activity? Accepting jobs for which you do not have competencies is a common reason of business failure and can be regarded as unethical behaviour.

Unique idea

The market rule is: 'More unique you are less competition you will have.' Have a unique name, logo, and slogan. Set your advertising philosophy e.g. if your business is related to internet your advertising should be by using internet advertising services. There are generally two types of advertising: networking (word of mouth) and marketing you should have combined strategies to cover both areas.

Long term look

If you don't have a long term look of at least 5 years you are already determined to fail in your business. You also must have a long term look about your industry and follow market trends so e.g. if market wants movies on DVD's and you want to start your business of selling new movies on VHS tapes.

Competition

Questions you should ask yourself before you start: Who will be your mayor competitors? What strategies they use? What are their prices? Are my services or products feature better than competitors? How can I differentiate my product from my competitors? You can learn so much from your competitors but whatever you do not be a copy-cat as this is unethical and may be prohibited by law.

Business structure

What business structure should I have: sole trader, trust, partnership or company? This is a complex question and the answer depends on each individual circumstances. I strongly suggest asking for advice from an accounting expert as having a right or wrong business structure will be one factor to determine your business succeeds of failure.

Get a professional advice

If you are starting business which will have a turnover over e.g. 500k in the first year than please stop reading this text and find an expert accountant specialized in the area of your business. If your turnover is not going to be this high in the beginning than still finding a good accountant or tax agent is another crucial thing for your start. If you have a good accountant you should treat him as a valuable asset of your business and try to create long term relationship view from the start.

Business failure

The most common reasons for business failure is not having sufficient skills to run your business and this skill has nothing to do with your tradesman or industry skills and competencies.

Anther reason is not having proper business records or not having any records. By having a sound bookkeeping procedure in place you are taking control of your business otherwise your business has control over you.

Relying on a wrong advice can be fatal, so e.g. if something worked well for your friend or relative the same thing can destroy your business as your circumstances are different.

Having control over your budget and spending is a must. If your expenses are greater than income you are creating losses. For people who have sound budgets in place this means to stop and review their strategies and for people who run their business without any budget controls in place this does not apply as they have no idea who is running their business and how.

Always ask

Do not be afraid to ask even if your question is a very simple one. There are many places you can ask you questions such as Tax Office, business associations and of course your accountant/tax agent.

Risks and insurance

Generally it is said: 'If you do not risk you do not profit' but I would add 'If you did not take your relevant insurance please do not take any risks. Your professional indemnity insurance will generally tell you for which areas of your business you are covered and which areas are not covered. Taking risk without having a sound insurance in place may be a new definition of the word 'stupidity'. So take business risks but take insurance first.
